Please log on to the PCI merchant portal today to assess your questionnaire and arrange for a Network Security Scan, if applicable. The self assessment questonnaire must be completed within 60 days of opening a merchant account and renewed every year. A monthly $39.95 non-compliance fee will be charged to merchants that are not compliant.
1. Your user name for the PCI merchant portal is the last five digits of your SignaPay merchant ID.
2. Your password is the the last five digits of your merchant ID and your two letter state abbrevation (must be capitalized).
For example: MID 123456 located in Texas - Login is 123456 with a password of 23456TX
3. Once on the Portal click on Start Here. Call the Customer Support number on the screen, they will assist you with the initial setup and the questionnaire.
